Safer Crowds, Safer Venues 2027: Sponsorship & Exhibiting

We’re delighted that you’re interested in supporting the 2027 Safer Crowds, Safer Venues conference.

A range of sponsorship, exhibiting, and support opportunities are available, each with its own package of benefits. Select an opportunity below to view full details, including the delegate places, accommodation, exhibition space, and other benefits included with that package.

Where complimentary conference delegate places are included, additional places can be added to your booking at the discounted rate of £75 per person. Delegate information will be collected as part of the booking process.

For packages that include exhibition space, additional space can also be added where required. Exhibitor access for set-up will be available on Monday 8 March between 11:00 and 14:00, allowing plenty of time to prepare before the UKCMA Member AGM begins at 15:30.

Conference delegate places include tea and coffee on both conference days, lunch on the first day, and entry to the Conference Social on Tuesday 9 March. Food will be provided at the Social, with a cash bar available.

UKCMA Members
Current UKCMA members are also entitled to their usual complimentary places at the UKCMA AGM, which both take place on Monday 8th March. Please ensure you are logged into your member account when booking your sponsorship so that your membership entitlement can be applied. Additional places can also be purchased for the Member Social at a cost of £45.
